Shipping & Delivery

We know what it's like to await a purchase! From pickup to courier services, we aim to deliver.

CLICK & COLLECT - FREE LOCAL PICKUP

Little Gem offer free local pickup from our Flagship Store located at: 113 High Street Mansfield, Victoria 3722.

Our Store Hours are:

•Monday - Friday - 10am-5pm

•Saturday - 10am-3pm

•Sunday - 10am-2pm

DELIVERY AREAS

Little Gem ship to all States in Australia. We offer FREE local delivery in the Mansfield township. Unfortunately we do not ship outside Australia at this time.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Little Gem ships all goods with Australia Post Parcel service, or selected courier services, from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Little Gem aim to give you the best possible price for shipping. We offer free local pickup and charge for delivery by weight. See our schedule here >

BULK, HEAVY & VERY FRAGILE ITEMS

Selected items in our store are not available for immediate online purchase due to weight or fragility. Please contact us direct to arrange payment and pickup or we will provide a shipping estimate from selected couriers.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Most items are shipped within 24 hours with standard delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us direct and we will do our best to ensure a speedy delivery.  Please note that during high-volume or sale periods, or due to COVID-19 restrictions, there may be delays.

TRACKING

All items have tracking. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. Something not quite right? We're here to help.

IMPERFECTIONS

Please note that some items are imperfect as part of their design. Due to many products being handmade, any minor dents/scratches/marks add to the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects by our manufacturers. Please refer to images and descriptions before purchasing.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

All items sold and sent from Little Gem are quality checked before shipping.  We package all goods carefully to avoid any possible breakages.

 

However if  your delivery arrives in damaged condition or you believe the goods are faulty, we request that you contact us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence. We will pay for return postage costs. We may refund or replace the item (pending availability) or provide a store credit. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner.

 

MISSING PARCELS

Little Gem is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

CHANGE OF MIND

Little Gem does not  offer refunds for change of mind on purchases or Gift Cards. We may offer an exchange subject to availability and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and be in saleable condition and/or original packaging.

AFTERPAY

The process for refunds, returns and store credit is the same. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments.

​

CREDIT NOTES

Little Gem credit notes can be used in-store or online, are non-transferable, and valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
